Endo relapse 9yrs post lap and trying to conceive..

Hi all, I’m a 33f and my husband 33m and I are trying to conceive. I had endo 9 yrs ago(i was 24yrs old) and got a lapo removal and didn’t relapse maybe until 7yrs post surgery. I had a 1cm endometrioma in 2yrs ago and now it’s grown to 3cm. My doctors all told me they are not too big (at least for now) and is not in a bad position for pregnancy.

As of now I think all doctors are suggesting IVF. But I’m already suffering with endo symptoms and I am concerned about ivf side effects and its long term effects (chance of cancer going up, etc)

Anyone have an experience of relapsed endo after removal but had a successful pregnancy ?
