Diabetic conundrum..

As i sit at an imaging and diagnostics building with an IV in my arm waiting for a PET scan i ponder this conundrum. CGM timing... i leave for burningman on the 23rd of August ill be mia for 14 days or so. My sensor dies tonight, my new set of two won't be available till the 1st of August. I have an impossible time getting my insurance to let me pick up early.(Aug,22nd?!) My timing and schedule were not in danger until i had a failed sensor and a partial prescription fill one week after the other. I don't really have the budget to buy an extra libre 3 sensor or two. I can finger stick it through the Burn but thats far from ideal( I've done it in the past for years)..... diabetic conundrums..... anyone else dealing with trip/prescription timing headaches?
