By stopping abilify will sexual dysfunction disappear?

I know its a sensitive topic. I feel the desire but can't feel the orgasm btw.

I stopped abilify 1 week ago and feel terrible insomnia as well. Will these issues disappear with time, within a month or so? I took it for 6 months.
