BL x Tubi Horror question

Hello,
I’m wondering if anyone else who bought evaluations and opted in for the BL x Tubi Horror initiative has not received their evaluation. I bought two on June 30, and still have not received either, so it’s been a month at this point. I reached out to customer support yesterday but have not heard back yet (I know everything’s backed up bc of Nicholl, but the Short List comes out August 1 so I figured everyone should have theirs back by then?)
