DHS ( or CPS )

i wasn’t really sure how to flair this, lol. i’m 16, and i recently had to turn my mom over to CPS because of my little sister. she has really severe lice, and my mom refuses to treat it, and i felt like i had no other choice. my mom has a history of child neglect too, with me and my other siblings, and so i’m not really sure how this will go, i’m not sure if she’ll be arrested, and if i’m being honest, i just hope my little sister goes into foster care. if anyone has any advice, or maybe insight on the most likely outcome that would be nice, thank u for reading!!
