Site Owner Won’t Fix Untreated Sewage Leak

I keep running into issues with one of our client sites where untreated sewage is coming up through sewage lines due to (what they say) is people occasionally flushing tampons down the toilet; which is outside my control since the line also leads to public toilets.

This area is an employee break space, where food is ate and stored. My main issue is they don’t clean the area, refuse to properly disinfect, and this isn’t the first time; but the fourth this year.

The icing on the cake is this building’s resting ambient temperature is at least 82F all day - the AC unit can’t keep up with the buildings demand.

I’m just at a total loss, OSHA is the next step, but I’ll surely be removed because of it.
