CC2 Extruder Gear - Best Practice?

I'm replacing the extruder gear in the print head of my CC2, and the new gears don't include the top or bottom bearings. What's the best practice for removing the bearings so they can be reused?

Failing that, does anyone have a source for replacement bearings?
