I need some sizing guide in the element baselayer shirt

I am 170cm tall and weigh around 58kg; I'm not completely skinny, athletic I'd say. I was wondering if I should pick S size, since a lot of people say its so tight

The answer might be obvious, but I need someone to help me pls
