Best league starters to start now?

I was originally planning on starting WORB but was a week late.

Just wondering if theres any new standout builds or league starters in the week? For example is WORB still #1 or do the item prices make it less efficient and a worse starter than something less popular?

What would yall league start if you could start over?

Specifically im looking for:

- best and most efficient build at league start investment

- scales up to 50+ div (before I farm my 2nd build) and is still one of the best builds at 50-100div

- good clear, zoomy preferred
