Is my expected salary too much?

Not actual numbers but just to give a sense of my asking range.

Current: 10K. With bonus, almost 12K per month. Actually love my job and it's so flexible. Wfh 3x a week but no one cares what time you start or leave work. Just do the work, share results.

New job: no official offer yet but for the first year there is no bonus. Much bigger scope. Fully WFO. Stricter work rules, but more known "brand" and rank is more "prestigious".

Asked for: 14K

I don't think I'll get that ask since the pay increase is only based on the base salary.

What amount will be worth the jump? Both jobs align with my career aspirations.
