API in training advice

I've been an API in training for about six weeks now. My trainer says I'm 90 percent there, as I'm really good at all that computer work. Things like statements, cameras, reports, and catching people under ringing at self checkout. He also says I know what to look for and see all the right things.

But quite frankly, the last ten percent, the floor skills, mine suck hard. He didn't say that, but I know that's what it is. I can't picture it getting significantly better either. I'm terrible at keeping up with people and not being obvious.

Should I just go to my coach and tell her I think I should go back to my old position. I just feel bad they spent all this time and mileage on me.
