Help me with paying $150 lawyer fee.

There's a neighbor who has taken my cat (personal pet) hostage for months in miserable condition, she was spotted inside the neighbor's apartment on 13th of june and i made a video and when i tried to politely ask them to return her they abused us (me and my mother) and gone to the police to launch an complaint against us (police is corrupt here), I did hire a lawyer last month but he was unable to either squash the complaint or recover my cat, if someone needs proof i can provide them with case file and my cat's videos of her whole life.

I have already paid about $150 to the previous lawyer who was only able to attain a protection order against the other party who had been continuously harassing us.

So i need to hire a different lawyer in few days because there's laws here which will prevent me to do anything if i don't do something until 13th of august (2 months period)
