No Pre Loaded sections?

For context, I only failed ONE minor course in 2nd year. I thought system bug lang from before yung blank section. Pero open na enrollment namin, and still BLANK section ako for all course. What happened??? Is this normal po ba? Literally lahat ng course no section, and when i click them, i only got ONE section of all 18 units
