certain keys on my laptop periodically stop working

about a day ago my laptop started having an issue where the w, 2, volume off and volume down keys all stop working at the exact same time for anywhere between a few seconds to a minute.

the pressure i press them with doesnt matter, no other keys are affected and the keys start functioning again after some time.

whats the issue?
