Free AI video editor for faceless YouTube channels
I've been growing a faceless YouTube channel making video essays on tech and AI. The content in actually quite simple, its mostly just screenshots of articles, image of people/companies/products, stock videos, some basic animations. Im terrible at editing and although having a simple video it took me many days to finish just 1 video.
I then started getting into vibe coding, and eventually wanted to create a tool to help me in my editing problem. So I built Overtone, a web app that lets me upload an audio file of my voiceover and the tool will use AI to source all the relevant content and align it to my voiceover. It goes and find the right website, grabs screenshots of it, gets stock videos/images, adds some animations as well. This helped me go from uploading on my YouTube channel from just once a week to 3 times a week.
The tool is completely free and its a web app available for only mac. If you think this might help your editing process or just want to give it a try check it out here: [https://tryovertone.com/\](https://tryovertone.com/)
Let me know if you have any feedback! Thanks!
