Hailo8 Install help: Truenas-Ubuntu-Frigate

I need some help. I have a NAS built running an intel i7 12700 64g Gb Ram. I have installed Frigate in a container and I am trying to get a Hailo8 M.2 up and running. I have installed Ubuntu 26.04 as a VM. I have been trying to follow tutorials and guides, but I seem to be stuck. I have the PCIE driver installed and recognized in Ububntu, but i am falling short on the next steps for the HailoRT and beyond. Does anyone have advice \or tutorial suggestions? Thanks for any suggestions
