X-T 30 III Beginner Lens Rec

Help

Hello! Sorry, I know there are hundreds of posts similar to this, but I can't find a clear answer and want to get more specific.

I am new to photography, and have decided on the X-T 30 III as my first camera (yay!). I have been going through this sub looking for advice and such, and it seems people have a pretty negative view on the kit lens (13-33mm f/3.5-6.3) as it is plastic, no aperture ring, etc.

Is it best to buy body only, and buy a different zoom lens or is the kit lens fine for a beginner? Since the X-T30 III doesn't have IBIS, I'd like my first zoom lens to have OIS. I have been looking at a used XF 18-55mm, is this a good option for a beginner? For context, I will mostly be shooting street and travel photography, not a lot of video.

Along with a zoom lens I would also like a pancake for travel, but I would start with one lens and add a second later. Again, I see a lot of mixed reviews between the 27mm and the 23mm, which may be more of a preference thing. If I were to start with one lens, is it recommended that I start with a zoom and then determine which focal length I like to add a pancake, or is a pancake a better place to start? I just worry that if I start with a pancake, I am going to buy one and wish I had bought the other lol.

I would also like to keep the budget lower if possible, I don't need anything crazy, but I did choose the X-T 30 III so I can spend more on lenses.

Thank you! Sorry for the long post but I am indecisive and want to make an informed purchase!
