Currently don't know what to do

So this was my first drop and i have scored 570 on the first attempt with every blood and sweat as on previous year i got 350.And when the news appeared of paper leak i got onto loop of constant depression and somehow gave reneet and there i got 445 . I was very happy before because in my state i can easily get a medical college in that score but now I just don't know .
