Birthday gathering ideas?

Hi! Does anyone have any recommendations on where in JC might be good to host a birthday party for around 20 people on a Saturday for minimal cost?

I’ve reached out to a lot of the bigger spaces, and many have a pretty hefty upfront cost. Trying to avoid that, but would be happy to meet a minimum! Private space is not required, just a place that would accommodate around 20 people! Are there are bars that reliably have open space on a Saturday night where that amount of people might be able to post up and take some tables?
