Am I the only one?

Am I the only one annoyed by some of the complaints? Some people find the app "complicated to use," especially some former TV Time users, and I think they're exaggerating. I don't know... I find it's not that complicated to deal with it, keep up with new seasons of your current shows, etc.

I'm not saying everything is perfect, but sometimes I feel like people aren't putting in enough effort.
