Could JJS have bots?

For the past few days, I've been sick so I don't go to school and usually end up playing jjs during those times but due to people being at school it leads to long waiting time.(Ok I'm gonna quit yapping) I've been playing against these yuta mains who can't M1 trade talk or not have a basic avatar. All they do is walk backwards while spamming thier low cd moves and ulting. (It happened to me 4 times so far in two days and thier accounts are pretty new)
