Advice sought on deciding between two offers, a product based and a service based company.

Hello people,

Wanted to understand the community's opinion on a choice I am faced with. Right now, I have 2 offers in hand, one from a company that is one of the world's largest commodity trading companies (product based, joining their in-house engineering team), and another is a service based company (not the Big 4, but above the TCS, Wipro, Infosys cabal).

Some more context:

1. The product based company's offer came first, offering a 40% jump over my existing CTC, which kicked off my 2-month notice period. The job is based out of my homecity.
2. The service based company role offers the designation of "Senior AI Engineer", and offers about ₹2 lakhs more but is based out of another city. (₹35 LPA vs ₹37 LPA fixed)
3. The service based company's offer came with about 8 days remaining in my notice period, and hence I have the ethics question in my mind too if I have to say no to my 1st offer.
4. Product based company's tech stack: Node.js, and 100% backend role
5. Service based company's tech stack: Python, FastAPI, GenAI, RAG pipelines, agentic engineering, ML

Not revealing the companies just yet, but happy to reveal them if it would help give more context.
