My Xbox gift card doesnt redeem. Why?

Well i have been trying to get enough points for an Xbox gift card and I proceed to find an auto redeem one thats cheaper and i select it. Well now that I have the points, it doesnt want to work. It claims there is a redemption issue but when i try redeeming anything else that issue doesnt exist.

What i do is I select the auto redeem gift card on the microsoft edge rewards page and then go to the xbox app to redeem it but then it just dissapeared on the xbox app and i can only redeem it on the website and that is ehat gives me the error. How can i redeem this card?
