Uk possible A&E visit

I’m on day 4 with my migraine with nausea and sickness. Over-the-counter pills did nothing I visited the GP who recommended taking 900 mg of aspirin every four hours and paracetamol in between again did absolutely nothing rang back and they sent me a prescription of 50 mg of sumatriptan and surprise surprise still nothing. I’ve had 3 days of pill popping per doctors advice for no results🥹

Last time I had a migraine this bad I visited Gloucester Royal and they gave me 2 IV bags and a suppository this was back in 2021.

I’m not sure what to do. I’m a single mum of two young children. I feel like the GP isn’t taking me serious enough because I still looking after my children and not in bed- if I had the choice, I would be but they have no one else but me.
