I have a technical question about Preply's rules against "limiting a student to a 25 minute trial"

My profile was flagged today because i recently edited my description adding something along the lines of "I recommend booking a 25 minute trial lesson"

When I reached out to support they told me it was against the rules to limit students or force students to take 25 minute lessons.

I don't think recommending something is "forcing" or "limiting" at all. Which is what I said... so I pushed back on it and asked Support if it is explicitly against the rules to "recommend" a student to take 25 minute trials. Support never actually answered this question just kept saying things like "it can be seen as limitation" or " you can call for booking a trial lesson with you however without mentioning the duration, since it's up to a student to choose one."

Like ok... but is it against the rules or not? So far i haven't had any clarification about that. From what I've read in the guidelines RECOMMENDING students to take a 25 minute trial is not against the rules.

Am I missing something ?
