Am i on right path with 22LPA

Its been 4 years i have started working and m not a dev or something , just a digital marketer. I started my first job at 4.5lpa and right now after 4.5 years i am at 22lpa (18.7fixed) and the variable amount if 3.4L was completed paid to me last year because of my performance.

How do you think m doing in life?
