My Ex laughed at me

I broke up with my ex after a year because it didnt work out. I wanted what was best for her.

I was there for her when she needed someone and when she couldn’t eat i was there for her and bought her food. When she needed to reach out i was still there because i still cared. I still accompanied her home and met her when she said she was lonely.

The day she found someone else she said she moved on and blocked me. She said to text her on WhatsApp if its urgent. I accepted it.

2 weeks later i fell into a bad depressive state. I couldn’t eat or sleep. I reached out to her. I asked for 1 chat . She blocked and ghosted me on several accounts. That turned into begging and then turned into desperation.

When i got a hold of her on call and told her i havent eaten for several days and slept, she giggled, she laughed at all the things i have done for her, she said i never even had to do any of that. She said i told her to move on and she did.

It hurt me so much. I know u moved on but after everything we been through, i was nothing to you.
