Accommodation and Travel

I am starting my MSc Ds & AI in the Winter Semester.
As for the accommodation, I’ll be living with my Relatives who are Dutch citizens.
Do I need to provide the Municipality/TUe with any documents stating that I’ll be living with them.
Also can I somehow get railway/student concessions for train travel from Rotterdam to Eindhoven.
