Agonizing leg cramp

It's been a rough week, i've been having awful flare ups on both my legs, stiffness, specially at night, well i had just woken up this morning, i decided i was in the mood for rubbing one out.

Terrible mistake, halfway in the act i got the most excruciating calf cramp i have ever had in my entire life, i almost puked out of the pain, it left me extremely tired

Safe to say i didn't finish the deed and possibly ruined my day
