Built a 100% completion tracker for completionist Switch gamers

Hey r/SideProject! I'm a completionist gamer, and since Nintendo doesn't do achievement/trophy systems on Switch, there's no built-in way to track true 100% completion — so I built one myself. It covers actual 100%, not just "beat the story": collectibles, character bonds, missables, etc., based on community consensus rather than my own guesses.

Currently supports PMD Rescue Team DX and Digimon Survive, both Switch-focused for now (I don't own other consoles, and since Switch has no achievements anyway, that's naturally where I'm starting).

Heads up: not optimized for mobile yet, best on desktop for now.
