Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to assist clients with legal support services for the full 8-hour workday.

Enthusiastically engage with clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported.

Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and close deals with ease.

Maintain a positive and engaging tone, even during challenging calls.

What We’re Looking For:

A true phone enthusiast who genuinely enjoys speaking with others and can keep conversations engaging and productive.

Ability to “sell like pancakes” you’re as comfortable closing a deal as you are having a friendly chat.

Someone who finds joy in spending time on the phone and isn’t easily worn out by frequent calls.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
