Is this guy the biggest red flag ever or am I overthinking it?

I am 22F, and 14 days ago I met a 21-year-old man, and we hit it off instantly and genuinely. Off the bat, he was very vocal about exclusivity even during the talking stage. He also made it clear he wants a relationship with me. A part of me is worried about love bombing also. But the most concerning part is the following behaviours:

-pressured me into sharing my Find My iPhone location with him indefinitely, i get messages asking where I am when I’m not at home
-constant comments that feel like it could be a touch of negging disguised as jokes
-shamed me for my body count of 17 when his is 19 (16 and 18 before we slept together)
-last night I passed him my phone to allow him to give the code to the Uber Eats driver, he then ran off with it and went on my messages where he saw an ex had messaged me multiple times that night
-his Instagram following is essentially 90% just girls

I really don’t want to get myself into a bad situation and I’m seeing some red flags around control and trust. I’d appreciate anyone’s input and advice.

TL;DR concerning behaviour from a man I've started seeing romantically including taking my phone and possible negging
