PC Controller Macro?

So I am playing through steam on a controller, and looking to free up some buttons for singular weapons to perform some techs, and I was wondering if it is at all possible to make the button to swap grenade/ice bomb and to launch them the same button? So I just press it and it switches then launches in the same button press.
