Waiting on endometrial biopsy results, going crazy!!!

I'm 35, I had an endometrial biopsy on Monday due to an 18mm thick endometrium and bleeding for two months prior while on birth control. Why does it take so loonnnnnngggggggggg, I just want to know what is going on!!!!!!! Can anyone relate?
