UK Top Surgery for Larger Chest

Hi all, I'm currently scouting through my options for (private) top surgery in the UK. I've got a good resource of a spreadsheet that has some high level details (surgeon name, typical costs, BMI limits etc) which has been a useful starting point but I'm struggling to find results that seem accurate for my body type and need some guidance.

I've got a larger chest (in the "could get a reduction on the NHS for backpain" zone, 36H is borderline a little small, the most I could bind to is a "sports bra uniboob") so I know the surgery/incision types to look for, but I am not sure how much variance there typically is between "regular" chests and "large" chests when it comes to results. I would welcome recommendations from people who had similar chest sizes (please don't let your dysphoria inform what you consider "large" and go off my description above instead, this has been part of why finding testimony is hard) or know people who did. But also it would be useful to hear from anyone as to how to find before/after results! I've been able to find "after" but without any context as to the "before".

And, even more generally, I'd be interested to hear about the differences between medium and larger chest results - what, if anything, tends to differ; whether there's an additional level of skill required; expectations when it comes to revisions.
