Hasn’t Confessed “I Like You”

Should I (30F) be concerned this guy hasn’t confessed “I like you” after seven weeks? There’s a lot of details that I don’t want to get into that make it complicated. But basically I’m 100% sure through his actions/behavior/leadership that he likes me and is invested in me. But is it a red flag that he can’t admit his feelings in words? 🚩

He’s an ENTJ so I think it might be partly his personality type to blame. I’ve made it very clear through my actions/behavior that I like him, so it’s not like he’s waiting for a sign.

But what if things progress and he takes forever to tell me he loves me? Or what if he’s just the type to never express their feelings in words, only through actions? I’m okay with taking things slow, but what if he’s just bad at communicating his feelings? Will I be okay with that or will it hurt? Cause my love language is quality time, but I also like some words of affirmation I guess.

TLDR: Is it a red flag if a guy doesn’t say “I like you” even though he clearly shows it in many, many ways?
