Dream visit to BBVA stadium in Monterrey

Hello, after watching the BBVA stadium from my couch during world cup, I'd love to see the Rayados vs tigres game on September 13.

When will the tickets be available? How can I be notified of availability.

What are the best way to grab a ticket?

I will be coming from Houston and have a flight ticket
