PCA / 24F/ Vent

So I’ve been working with this lady for a few months. We kinda get along, we have a lot of different views in certain places but they don’t interfere with my work. I work with her Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays 10-4 (and Tuesdays and Fridays elsewhere). Almost if not all Mondays I come in to her apartment in the morning the sink is overflowing with dirty dishes, the toilet is dirty, floor is dirty, a mess on the counter tops, living room has some garbage on the floor, table is dirty and stove is dirty, the garbage bag is usually full too. This Monday I took over an hour to wash the dishes, then we went to the grocery store and when I returned I cleaned for the remainder of my shift, I had a half hour to just sit down Monday. I’m not trying to complain about cleaning and my duties, isn’t it just unfair for her to make a mess over the weekend when she has nobody and I’m left to clean up after her when I come in on Monday? She has illnesses but when I communicated to her that I found out from my agency that she is responsible for cleaning her apartment when she has nobody over the weekends I noticed I’ve been doing all the cleaning for no reason. So she is taking advantage. I’m supposed to do LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING, I don’t think I should be cleaning for a hour or two but she thinks what else am I going to be doing for the day? Like dude cleaning is not on the top of my list I’m supposed to go to appointments with you, help you shower, help you with meals, do groceries for you, run some errands etc… am I crazy?
