How to balance CSAT Invaders against RHS Occupiers?

Hello! My friends are looking to pick up Antistasi again for a new player, but we are having difficulty sourcing good mods.

Since they are vets and servicemembers, they want to use RHS factions (i.e. 2020s Russians) as the occupiers, but have 2035 CSAT as the technologically superior sci-fi invaders from our more vanilla run. However, I know that RHS everything is very specifically balanced to only itself, and vanilla stuff is not effective against RHS stuff.

Are there any CSAT mods that are balanced to RHS, or maybe another way of approaching this? We are also probably going to use Aegis because we might set 2035 CAF as the Resistance.
