What is going on ? Help

I started to manifest my SP 14 days ago by 369 method . And all of sudden my SP started to like her ex and her ex is showing some interest . I went depressed seeing this . Because her ex is none other than my enemy. I got into argument with my mother. And it feels like everything is falling apart. I had suicidal thoughts . But the good thing is that all of the sudden I started to face my fears like biking. I hated biking but suddenly I started to like it and today I helped an old lady by giving her a lift it was my first time to give a lift to anyone. She said "God bless you son". I felt good . But I seriously don't know what the hell is going on
