Triggered by a video

I was on YouTube, already had a terrible day and It suggested one of those videos "if you see this video..." And It was about being a lesbian, this girl realized a quiz and the Total points would tell you if you're a lesbian or not. Now i know I should not trust something made by a person online, but i was so triggered, pure panic mode and I watched the video and took the test. She didnt realize She was lesbian until very late, and that triggered me, and also said she really was convinced of liking Boys, like she could feel attraction but only because she had never met masc women before, and She said that many women are not attracted to women we see everyday cause they follow what men like so their style, appearance are just not attractive for women. This already caused me panic, then I did the test and if you had from 0 to 100 points you were not a lesbian, from 100 to 500 you were...now i donr know based on what honestly, especially cause some questions didnt make sense to me, but i got 145. Now i can't stop thinking about It. I don't know how to relax, I can't even get up today.
