How do u know that god is god/your spirituality is the one from others

I hate framing/words to describe and compare my feelings and thoughts towards others. Anyways I was a very radical atheist before i turned "spiritual", now I'm 50/50. Its like I've said, very hard to describe. Especially when it comes to god, I'm very confused because god is such a wide topic. How do we know anything really about god? I'm a very critical thinker and I don't think we will ever have the clarity to talk about or feel the real god. Yes, even feeling god because a feeling is interpreted (when speaking about it) by mind and having a "clear" mind imo isn't possible. If you say differently then it's your ego speaking. How do we know god is almighty? Who decides what that is? Why are we (a part of) god? How do you get your certainty? Critical thinking led me toward spirituality, it shows me that nothing is black&white but most of the people are building their opinions/views on black&white patterns. And this is what I'm seeing "here" is exactly this, people talking too easily about spiritual/godly stuff.
