Need a new company!

I switched from Brello to Agile and their CS was amazing. Problem is, for some reason, their appetite compound does not work at all for me. I’ve actually gained the last 10 pounds that I was trying to lose 🤦🏼‍♀️ I just don’t feel good on it at all. And I was doing great with Brello. So I tried going back, but zero response in 3 weeks now, so need to move on. What is out there??
