Unexplained foul odor that fills a room, but I can't smell it ,Family smells nothing either , but coworkers/strangers do.

Hello, I have a big problem. For the last 7 months, a very bad smell is coming from me. I cannot smell it myself, but I feel that strangers and coworkers can smell it. I asked five family members, and they cannot smell it either.

-I saw three ENT doctors, but it did not help. One doctor said it is my tonsils, but I always check my tonsils and find no bad smell or stones, so I think it is not them.

-I saw a GI and found out I have H. pylori. I took antibiotics, but there was no change.

I don't know where the smell is coming from. Is it from my nose, my mouth, or is it TMAU? What should I do to be sure? I am truly lost."
