Has anyone been a lower rank than your understudies as an ASA?

Currently an ASA that is PTE. Haven't done my ASA course and since I haven't done it means I can't promote to lance corporal.

Was just wondering, is it possible to have an understudy that I higher rank than you in the future?

Like your understudy get promoted to LCP already but you hardstuck PTE cuz nvr undergo ASA course
