Danceteria appreciation post

Still can't get enough of this song. My top 5 moments:

5. "Get on the elevator / I run into Debi Mazar"
Years ago, Debi Mazar lived on our street in LA, and we had similar addresses (she was ### N. Main St. and we were ### S. Main St.) so we'd occasionally get her mail or packages, or friends would go to her house by mistake. So fun that she's having a little moment again. 💋

6. "He played my tape 'Everybody'"
This and all the name drops. If we can't get the biopic this Madonna history in under four minutes is such a delight. 🤓

7. "The B-52s had money to burn"
I thought I was super cool and edgy when I discovered The B-52s in the late 80s with Love Shack. Imagine my surprise.... I then went all the way back to the beginning and became a massive fan. I love that they and M have crossover, and saw their appreciation post on social media. So fun. 🕺🏾💃

8. "Get over here!"
Doesn't matter where I am, at home, work, gym, walking the dog. That lyric comes, and I say it out loud. Maybe a lingering Mortal Kombat memory. 😂🥷

9. "Everyone here is a work of art"
I love this lyric so much. Encapsulates how Madonna feels about her fans and community. All are welcome and loved! ❤️
