Bayeux Tapestry

Its very exciting that the Bayeux Tapestry is coming home to Britain for the exhibit at the British Museum this year, and I'm really looking forward to seeing it. But now it's in the news, it's really exposing how apparently no English speakers know how to pronounce the word "Bayeux". I have to confess, it makes me wince every time I hear "Bay-uh", "Buy-oo", or "Bay-eau".
