People drop healthy habits the second it stops hurting, testing a fix, need 10-15 people
I'm in healthcare and previously in the fitness industry and I keep seeing the same pattern, in myself too: you build a habit (training, eating better, cutting screen time) for a few weeks, then once it stops feeling urgent, you quietly drop it. Then the same problem comes back.
I'm testing a concept. You set an 8-week goal. If you fail, you fund something fun for people you care about, sized so it actually painful but won't wreck you financially (think: a nice dinner, tickets to something, a weekend trip), and you don't get to be there for it. We want to maximize FOMO. If you finish, you get a small real reward from me (Amazon gift card). No money changes hands with me, this is entirely on your honor.
This is a manual test, not an app yet. Looking for 10-15 people who've built a habit before and fell off it, and want a real reason to stick this time. Comment or DM if that's you.
Just trying to see if this actually helps people follow through.
