GPS Works but no data

Hi all, question for this great community. I have a 2025 and the app shows my 8 years of basics is active BUT my data stopped working so no Spotify, no turn by turn, no voice actions. However, my vehicle still sends charging notifications. Has anyone had this issue and have ideas?

I have gotten my telematics module replaced about 3 months ago and when that failed then the experience was different because the OnStar button didn't work and the GPS showed me hundreds of miles away.

My updates are current and this did not occur immediately after an update. I have contacted OnStar and they have had me try several things. They can connect to the vehicle, they had me reset infotainment and uninstall maps with no luck so it has been escalated twice.
