Advice on aggressive dog

Hello, newer barista here, I need some advice on something that my store manager is just so nonchalant about. We have a lady who bring her dog through the drive thru EVERY DAY!!!! He is not the kindest. He has never hurt anyone but I fear one day he will. He barks at us aggressively as if he is going to jump out and attack us. This lady and her dog literally ruined everyone's day. My store manager claims that the dog is very protective over his owner and would never hurt us. I don't believe this. I have been around animals all my life and they are very unpredictable.

I love animals and I do not get scare of them easily. But this dog, is right in my face and has easy access to me IF it wanted to jump at me. I would like to report this or complain anonymously. Does anyone know how I can do that? Or do I just need to reach out to my district manager and ask that he keep my complain anonymous?
